If you book directly with us through our website, telephone or mail, you will not have any chargue until your arrival at the hotel. However, we request your card details when you book as a guarantee.

If you book directly with us, we have the following cancellation policy except on special dates (check them on our website).

• You can cancel up to 72 hours before the day of arrival at the hotel and no fee will be charged.

• If cancelled with less than 72 hours of anticipation, the expenses corresponding to the first night will be charged.

• If cancelled with less than 24 hours of anticipation or if you do not show up, 100% of the reservation will be charged without the right to any refund (50% for reservations with HG Club code).

• In case of early departure, the hotel reserves the right to charge 100% of the stay. Modification are not accepted from the day of arrival.
