The Benasque Valley, in the region of Ribagorza (Huesca), is surrounded by the highest concentration of peaks of over 3000 m. in the entire Pyrenees range, the highest being the Aneto, which contributed over the years to the inalterability of the essence of its people, the beauty of its landscapes and its rich cuisine. In addition, the geological richness, fauna and flora led to the creation of the Posets-Madaleta Natural Park in 1994, with 13 glaciers, 95 lakes and waterfalls of great beauty. Apart from its privileged nature, we can also highlight its high-Aragonese architecture, its Romanesque churches, and its cuisine.
